However, officials are probing the incident and observing the scene to figure out what actually went wrong that caused a fatal accident on Tuesday in Walworth County, Wisconsin, USA.

After the arrival of emergency services at the scene, the officials found a crashed motorcycle and the injured driver who was later identified as Jerry Epping, suffering from life-threatening injuries.
