Lotus Band Member Percussionist Chuck and Charley Morris Are Missing, GoFundMe Started: Just recently, a report reached our desk that Lotus Percussionist Chuck Morris and his son are missing after going kayaking on Beaver Lake near Fayetteville. Chuck Morris is a member of a band called Lotus.
The band confirmed this report on social media posts.
Search crews are trying to find out the location where the father and son were last seen near the Lost Bridge area of the lake.

Chuck and Charley Morris Missing In Arkansas
The percussionist and his family are in Arkansas (The state of the USA) for a family spring break vacation.
There has been formed a search and rescue team with the Benton County Sheriff’s Office by Lt. Shannon Jenkins.
Lt. Jenkins said deputies suspended the search on Thursday night because of weather as sub-freezing temperatures and high winds made the difficult environment for the search & rescue team. He also mentioned one jacket and one kayak were found on Thursday and the second kayak was found on Friday morning.

Chuck’s wife Jennifer Thompson told the local media about her worry for her husband and son. She is hoping from the rescue team that they found her alive e someone’s home. She also mentioned that she is praying for the safety of Chuck and his son.

“If you have any information or sightings of Chuck and his son, Please make contact local authorities. Sheriffs Office: (479) 271-1008,” Lotus wrote on social media (Facebook).

The family friends are asking who goes hiking in the area this weekend to keep an eye out for the two men, and The sheriff’s office is asking any boaters or people who live in the area to keep trying to look for the kayakers.
